The more you wear them, the more comfortable and beautiful they will become. They are made with “full grain leather”, the most strongest and durable part of the leather. The thickness, the durability and the natural imperfections that may appear on the leather are proof of its high quality.

How do I make a purchase?
Once you have found the product that you want, select the color, the size or the height that you prefer. After that select the quantity and use the "add to cart" button underneath.
Review the items in your cart by selecting the icon at the top right of the page.
Click on "checkout" to proceed, add your shipping address and payment details to complete your order.
How do I change my order?
Would you like to change or cancel your order? Then you should contact us. Since we always try to process your order as fast as possible so your products get to you in the shortest time, please feel free to contact us shorty after your order is placed. We will do our best to help you out!
How do I use a coupon code?
Do you have a coupon code? Do not forget to use your code at the checkout in the respective field. Enter the code exactly as it appears and apply. Promo codes can't be cumulative with other promotions and will not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified.

How do JustLeatherGR shoes fit?
Most of the JustLeatherGR shoes fit true to size. They are available in EU sizes and whole sizes. If you wear half sizes, then you should go up to the nearest whole size.
They are made by genuine Greek Leather and as a result they slightly stretch with wear and naturally conform to the shape of your feet. Please check on each product page for specific sizing recommendations!

What is considered as a custom order?
We accept custom orders on specific designs. We can customize the color, the width and the style of the heel (stiletto heel instead of block heel). We would like to inform you that we can make half sizes in specific designs.
Please keep in your mind that the custom orders are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective. In the case that you will receive your custom order damaged or defective, you can only exchange the product for an identical new product (no refunds accepted).

Does JustLeatherGR ship internationally?
Of course, we do! All the orders are shipped via DHL express worldwide (Estimated delivery time 1-5 business days). Except for the orders from Russia and Argentina which are shipped via Hellenic Registered Post Office (Estimated delivery time 8-15 business days).
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to process and ship your product as fast as we can. Due to the handmade nature of the products, the processing time usually is 3-9 business days. During the holiday period, this can be slightly extended. After shipping your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
All the orders are shipped via DHL express worldwide. After the order is processed by us, the delivery time will be approximately as follows:
Australia: 3-5 business days
Greece: 1-2 business days
United Kingdom: 1-2 business days
United States: 2-4 business days
Europe: 1-2 business days
Asia Pacific: 2-3 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. The tracking number will help you track your package. If you haven’t receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Once you have found the right product, then you should add it to your cart. There, you can review the total amount of the order and the shipping cost according to the delivery address.
Do I have to pay additional duty charges?
The orders of non-European Union countries may charge customs and import taxes according to local custom regulation.
The orders of European Union countries are free of duty charges.
What is the return policy?
Are you not completely satisfied with your item? We will gladly accept returns and exchanges.
In case of refund, you will be charged the shipping costs that we paid to ship your order.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Please send back the item with a tracking number, for your protection. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please use the regular postal service, not courier services. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded.

In case of exchange, buyers are responsible for return as well as for exchange shipping costs.

Concerning orders that include more than 2 pairs of shoes, buyers are not able to return all the pairs, but should keep at least 1 of them.
The orders that the buyer refuses to receive, are non refundable.
