The procedure of the refund
After receiving the product, we will check immediately if the quality of the product meets our return policy. If it does, we will refund you with the same payment method used at purchase.
In case of exchange, buyers are responsible for return as well as for exchange shipping costs.
Custom orders are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective.
Concerning orders that include more than 2 pairs of shoes, buyers are not able to return all the pairs, but should keep at least 1 of them.
