All products are made to order in Athens, Greece. They are handmade! We need approximately 10 business days to make your order. If you have a special occasion to attend to and you need your product sooner than the estimated processing time, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to rush your order so you can receive your shoes in time.

Delivery Times

All the orders are shipped via DHL express worldwide. After the order is processed by us, the delivery time will be approximately as follows:

Australia: 3-5 business days
Greece: 1-2 business days
United Kingdom: 1-2 business days
United States: 2-4 business days
Europe: 1-2 business days
Asia Pacific: 2-3 business days

Russia is excluded for DHL network, so we ship with Hellenic Post a priority Registered Air mail (delivery time 8-15 business days).

Shipping Costs

Once you have found the right product, then you should add it to your cart. There, you can review the total amount of the order and the shipping cost according to the delivery address. Free Shipping within Europe, UK and USA. We offer affordable prices worldwide with the most reliable and fast expedited shipping.

Additional Charges

The orders of non-European Union countries may charge customs and import taxes according to local custom regulation. However, the orders of European Union countries are free of duty charges.

We want you to love what you have purchased at JustLeatherGR! We will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us before you return your item at info@justleathergr.com.

The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded. While we understand shoes need to be tried on, we advise you to try on shoes on carpet areas and with clean feet. Returns and exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Please send back the item and share with us the tracking number, for your protection. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please use the regular postal service, not courier services.

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. 

More information about the returns/exchanges:
-In case of refund for free shipping items, you will be charged the shipping costs that we paid to ship your order.
-In case of exchange, buyers are responsible for return as well as for exchange shipping costs.
-The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
-Items in SALE CATEGORY are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective.
-Custom orders are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective. In the case that you will receive your custom order damaged or defective, you can only exchange the product for an identical new product (no refunds accepted).
-Concerning orders that include more than 2 pairs of shoes, buyers are not able to return all the pairs, but should keep at least 1 of them.
-The orders that the buyer refuses to receive, are non refundable.

Do you need help how to determine your foot measurement?  Here is the simplest method to measure your foot at home and hopefully it will be helpful for you to determine sizing:

• Take a sheet of paper and place it on a firm surface - not plush carpeting or pebbly surfaces.
• Put your feet comfortably neutral step onto the piece of paper (one foot per sheet if paper does not fit).
• Hold the pencil as perpendicular as possible to your foot and outline the shape as close to your foot as you can.
• Measure the distance between the center of the heel curve to the tip of the longest toe. This is the length.
• One foot tend to be larger than the other, therefore, please go with the longer length to determine shoes size.

Then, match your foot measurements with the size chart provided in the last photo of your chosen design to ensure a proper fit.
